This website is a bridge between my inner world’s depths and the wide world that meets you wherever you are. In creating its design it felt most fitting to pull guidance from lineage and ancestors who I bring with me wherever I go.
LOGO
My name logo was created using my late sister muhsinat’s handwriting, carefully pieced together, letter by letter, from pages of her journal
**I draw inspiration the colophon of Kameelah Janan Rasheed.
FOOTER
The website design is grounded by a textile handwoven by my maternal grandfather, gifted to me by my maternal grandmother. The color palette of the site was drawn from its natural tones.
